TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions determine the rules for the sale and purchase of clothing in RELAN ZERO online store. The fact of placing an order means the Buyer's full agreement with the following order conditions. By providing their personal data for order processing, the Buyer agrees to the storage and use of that data to receive new offers from RELAN ZERO. Changes to personal data or refusal to receive newsletters are made by e-mail.

ORDER COST

An order is considered to be the total of all articles declared for delivery at a time.

Prices for goods in RELAN ZERO store are indicated in rubles. The Indicative Currency Converter helps you calculate the equivalent value in EUR, USD and other currencies.

Please note: when paying for the order, a commission may be charged, which depends on the selected payment method.

ORDER PROCESSING

In the store, you can add selected styles to your shopping cart. To place an order for their purchase, you need to register in our online store.

During the production process, special attention is paid to testing the strength of fabrics.
Before shipping the goods undergo secondary control. This approach minimises the possibility
receiving products with manufacturing defects.
All products offered by RELAN ZERO store are certified.

RETURNS

If the purchased clothes did not fit, the Buyer can return the items within two weeks upon receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  1. the clothes were not in use;

  2. preserved presentation (labels, original packaging) and consumer properties;

  3. a copy of the receipt of payment for the goods is attached (if the payment method was cash on delivery);

  4. Products supplied in a set are accepted only in a set.

When returning products of proper quality, only the cost of the goods is compensated,
the cost of delivery of the goods to the Buyer and from the Buyer to the Supplier is not compensated.
Within 2 working days after receiving the return, RELAN ZERO will issue the refund for the purchase by non-cash payment to the card with which the purchase was made. 
Please keep all original documents related to the return until receiving the refund.
All supplied products undergo individual quality control, therefore the possibility of supplying goods with a manufacturing defect is practically reduced to zero. If you still find a manufacturing defect, please be sure to contact us at info@relanzero-sport.com and we will agree on the return procedure of your goods.
